Natural and manmade disasters can cause structural damage to buildings. Damaged structures in an unconventional job site can result in four types of collapse or a combination of these types of collapse. These unstable structures can be demolished or cleaned up safely with heavy equipment, thus not exposing workers to hazards as would cleaning up the site by hand.
